An 8 week training in the skills of Mindful Self-Compassion (3 hours per week). This is an internationally accredited training, which will teach you how to manage your inner critic, and to develop skills that allow you to be your own best friend even in the toughest situations. The January Course was fully booked and I am now taking bookings to start in May.
